Pellet gun shootings

I was too busy getting taken to the ER (not to mention being too scared) to stick around and find out.

Fortunately it's just a really bad penetrating wound where the pellet fell out (found it in my leggings in the ER). I"m home now, trying to sleep with my leg elevated.

I might not be there next week.

Long Live BaGG!

Some big changes are in store for us this month. Affective June 2008 Bondage A Go Go will be a online membership exclusive community (a virtual club). The venue (Glas Kat) will only exist only as a meeting place where we assemble and socialize.

This serves several purposes, primarily so we can fit the definition of a Membership Based community and legally offer you (the Members) a reduced fee without legal complications. Guests attending the Venue without a Membership can then be charged a Non-Member fee and admitted (or denied entry) based on those criteria.

This leaves you (the community) responsible for (and able to shape) your social environment with my oversight.

Being an “active” member of the Bondage A Go Go Tribe or a Premium member of Tribe.net is all that is required to be a member in good standing of the organization.

To be considered an “active” Member of the Tribe you have to be a PM or BaGG Tribe Member. You must attend the monthly Member Meeting (Tribe Fiesta) and pay the $1.00 dues. We will track your attendance and provide you a one-month grace period (if you are unable to attend this week).

Anybody who has not logged on for 3 months or more (or) fails to RSVP and attend the Membership Meetings (Fiesta) will relinquish their Membership Privileges. You can apply to either the Moderator or myself for remediation if you get the boot by circumstance or oversight.

MEMBERS will pay $1.00 dues at the Membership Meeting and a $5.00 fee subsequent weeks. Members can bring up to 1 guest at any time for the same fee.

NON MEMBERS will be admitted at our discretion and pay $7.00 per person before 10:30 and $10 per person after in appropriate attire. Those attending in casual/athletic attire will be admitted at our discretion and pay up to $20 per person (sliding scale).

We will be collaborating on a Code of Conduct and other membership issues in the coming weeks.

PM me if you have any questions and RSVP this week if you can! You can expect the number of folks on this tribe to decline considerably this month. Don’t concern yourself and thanks in advance for your cooperation.

Section is once again forming its local volunteer team to help conduct
outreach and recruit people for STD screening at the summer street fairs
(Dore Alley, Folsom Street Fair, Castro Street Fair).

To be a part of the team you will need to attend a brief sexual health
training and be willing to talk about sex, health and STD screening.

Our Tribute to the "The pope of trash”. From art house auteur to his mainstream success on Broadway, the long strange trip of John Waters started out humbly enough – creating 8mm Masterworks using his friends to act out the most vile and heinous acts ever caught on screen.

Mr. Waters (with his Muse, the incredible Divine) took low budget moviemaking to new heights (and depths), creating works that are uniquely America (and borderline pornographic).

His mainstream success of the late 80’s – early 90’s captured an irreverent, nostalgic take on 1950’s – 1960’s suburban Baltimore. Though the subject matter toned down a bit, he never compromised his overriding theme - the unlikely hero (an outsider) overcoming great odds to find happiness and success.

SF Pride Parade 2008 Monitor training coming up soon, with permission from George and Shatter

SF Ctiadel is proud to be in the 2008 San Francisco Pride Parade with both a marching contingent and a decorated truck (by our very own Master Erik). It looks like the pony carts will be in the parade as well.

I will be driving the truck so we will not be going so fast that anyone will have to run this time. We will be in the Leather Contingent, the largest contingent in the parade. Come and join us.

It’s going to be a wonderful day. We want marchers, single tale players, people in leather and levis and everyone who supports Gay Pride. If you want to march but are concerned about being recognized, it’s ok to wear a mask or hood.

We must have both wheel monitors and contingent monitors. They must go through training every year.

That being said, we will be having a wheel and contingent monitor training class on Wed, June 18th from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. We need two wheel monitors for each axel of the truck which means four wheel monitors and we need one contingent monitor for every 25 marchers.

There will be more training classes offered at different locations. Check out the training at:

Go to the Parade pull down menu and select Contingent Monitors for the dates and times of the training.

We want everyone to be in the parade, visit our booth in Leather Alley and come to the cool down event after the parade and celebration.

Your Boy was hanging with Madame Speaker Nancy Pelosi. I roll with the Big Dogs - but y'all knew that already. I was supposed to get 2 minutes with her that turned in to 10. I was leading her in a project with some middle school students. It was a trip.

She was very nice, supremely confidant and radiated a strange, supernatural determination. She was sweet with the kids, very cool to me and now I feel better about how our government functions at the Federal level. Real people, real purpose, real representation.

BaGGg: Does your post have something to do with BaGG? Is it of interest to people at BaGG? If what you are posting has no relevance what so ever to BaGG, it may get deleted. If you are reminding people of an event are any of the BaGG staff involved? ow about the resident DJ's? No? Deleted.

We have an agreement with Phil from the Citadel to post their event s into our tribe. If you are throwing a citadel event, ask phil to include it with one of his updates.

Tribe: Tribe is a network. It's great for getting information out. You can post a single event and attach it to many tribes, and all of your friends. They will know about it. Trust the network. Don't resort to spam. Use the network properly and people will appreciate it.

Do you see BaGG posting what's happening in the threads of 25 different tribes? No. We don't do that becaus eif anyone wants to know what's happening, they are part of our group. Same goes with many other tribes. If you are concerned about what's happening at Death Guild, you belong to the DG tribe. or the Citadel tribe. or 1984 tribes.

Those are the simple rules around here.

Now for the clues:

If you are the subject of an official tribe asking what they can do to remove all of your spam from the front page of tribe (Master Erik) you really should back off.

If you never involve yourself in the general discussions on BaGG tribe, do not expect to get any love from me.

Anyone who is here simply to pimp or promote their own gig on the backs of what we have built here in the BaGG tribe, can fuck off. No really, I mean it. Fuck off and go start your own thing. It's no different than the people who come up, begging to get guest listed just so they can litter the club with their fliers from some party and then leave.

I don't care if people who are part of BaGG let people know about their parties (Brian with Sinister Swing comes to mind) because they show up early and stay at the club all night. They take part in discussion here on tribe. They are active.

May 15th -- National Perverts Day

So, evidently because of my FABULOUSLY WONDERFUL BIRTHDAY PRESENT OF JERRY FALWELL CROAKING ( see http://tjcrowley.livejournal.com/448814.html ) last year, May 15th has been officially dubbed NATIONAL PERVERTS DAY. I first found out about this early this morning from Twitter, and a quick search of the web confirmed that yes, some people were celebrating it.

Of course, I heartily endorse this holiday. I'm going to one step further and suggest that folks celebrating National Perverts Day wear purple. This is the same thing they do in England for National Fetish Day (March sometime?) and it'd be neat to have some kind of tradition on May 15th.

So wear purple on May 15th for National Perverts Day, my birthday. I've only found two supporting links on the net for documentation, and most of them are posts to bulletin boards -- but from some very prominent folks in the sex-positive blogosphere. It seems to be very grassroots, so I'll throw my own support behind it.

Take the lead from your Bruddah George and DONT try to fight the flu. I was out sick on a Wednesday for the first time in over one year (no, vacations dont count) and as a result we had to postpone Blood Wrestling until May.

As I lay in bed Wednesday, shaking and sniveling, I gave careful thought on how I was to proceed. Show up, give 50% and be the Typhoid Mary of BaGG (or) spare us all the grief and trust in Damon, Shatter, Glitch, Davina, Tony and the staff to pull it off.

It's come to my attention that many people who attend kinky events have a name they use to keep their identities protected, or just to be memorable.

Considering that I have such a unique name, and no plans to join the government, I've never considered the need for one. However, upon thinking about it, it would be fun to create an alter ego, and it would probably help those I meet to feel more secure in their anonymity.

So... in the tradition of Jynx: I'm calling on you, yes you, to help me come up with a scene name.

As of right now I've gotten one suggestion from Terry, which is Slut VanWalla. But I have to say this isn't my first choice, even though it's my only choice at the moment.

Feel free to post a few names if you'd like, and I will narrow them don't and come up with a final three, which you may also vote on.

PS The winner gets a drink on me. Well, not ON me, but you know, my treat.

Hi, everyone, esepecially parents and parents-to-be.

Did you ever wish you could leave home in your "play clothes" without rolling your eyes at your babysitter's raised brow?

Did you ever wish it just went without saying that you would be out late; very late?

Did you ever think it would be awfully nice to not have to worry about traumatizing the babysitter from around the corner (or her parents) with what she might find in the closet while searching for the children's Motrin?

You might know me from the scene, but you might not know that the reason you don't see me around the scene much is that I enjoying providing "Nighttime Daycare for Kinky Peoples' Kids."

Actually, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Music Education, a magna cum laude Master's degree in singing from the Juilliard School, ten years of extensive experience with both special needs and gifted children 0-18 (privately and in Social Services), 15 years of part-time child care experience, 2 years of full-time child care experience, and 3 years combined experience in classroom teaching.

Remedial Ropes, Rt. II: Another trip on the bondage short bus with Stefanos and Chey

This is the perfect class for you if your bondage skills begin and end with tying your shoes. We will briefly cover the basics of bondage safety, building a rope kit, and creating a rope bondage scene. We will then teach a 5-second cuff, the figure 8 knot, a basic body harness, arm gauntlets, and the best arm binder we’ve ever seen. This is an interactive class- everyone will get tied up and everyone will learn to do the ties. Remedial Ropes 1 not required or even necessarily recommended- this is a stand-alone remedial level class.

Bringing rope is not necessary; we have loner rope. Having 3 sections of 15' would be handy.

Location: SF Citadel, 1277 Mission Str, San Francisco, CA
When: THursday, March 27th, 8:00pm--10:00pm
Admission: $10-$20 (1st $10 to SF Citadel)

BIO:
Stefanos and chey have been doing rope bondage since 2005; they first learned bondage at Shibaricon 2005. They went to Shibaricon with mad shoelace tying skills, and sure wish they’d known the stuff they’ll teach in this class before going to a big bondage conference! Stefanos has been in the Kink/Fetish/BDSM scene for a decade and got a knot-tying badge in the Boy Scouts; Chey has been doing Kink/Fetish/BDSM for 5 years and is an emergency room nurse.

some folks in our community need our help

There's a couple that go to BaGG sometimes, Daphne (also known as Delta) and Matt. They stopped coming a little while back because she had a baby, who's about 10 weeks at this point.
It looks like Matt into a bad car accident that screwed up his neck pretty bad.
As a result, he's lost his job and now they have to move and are totally broke.

It looks as though they're going to try to move to Nevada where they can get space much cheaper.
There's talk bubbling of doing some kind of fund raiser to help them out with moving costs.
I'll post again when there's more information on that.
