I know that Death Guild only has one more week at the Glas Kat. I know that you're not technically affiliated but you do share some overlap in patrons (myself for one).
Now the DNA Lounge is 18+, will Bondage a Go Go move there as well, or do you plan to remain at the Glas Kat?

Cheap or non-existant rent. Decay, who founded and runs Death Guild, works at the DNA, where he is basically second- or third-in-command. I'm sure he's getting a "friends and family deal" on the rent. That and the DNA just became an 18 and up establishment, so Death Guild can continue to serve the same clientelle.
